A Quick Note About Private Rentals
We’re excited to help you celebrate!
How it Works
When you book a private event, you’re reserving the entire bar with a minimum spend. This means you and your guests can enjoy beverages however you like — by paying individually or all on one tab. If you don’t meet the minimum, the difference in price is simply added to your tab as a rental fee. Easy and worry free! 
You’ll never be charged more than the minimum amount plus the $100 booking fee, unless your bar tab goes over the minimum. In that case — great news: you only pay for your bar tab, plus the $100 booking fee. Cheers to that! 
Each rental option lists the minimum spend for that time slot (plus any additional hours that you choose while booking). At checkout, you’ll be charged a 50% deposit plus a $100 booking fee to hold your rental. Both charges are non-refundable, so please be sure of your date and time before booking.

Your rental comes with everything you need for a great time:
All beverages (full bar + soft drinks at our normal prices), up to the minimum amount
Karaoke with host (always free!) Access to our jukebox to pick your own songs (normal play charges apply)
Our friendly staff to keep the drinks flowing
Please Note: Tips for our amazing staff are not included in the minimum, but can be added when you close your bar tab (and are always appreciated!).
A Few Friendly Guidelines
To help let the good times roll:
- Regular business hours apply: open 6 AM – 2 AM
- No laws will be violated
- Guests must be 21+ with valid ID
- No money will be collected at the door
- No outside beverages may be brought on the premises
- No drinks may leave the premises
- You (the renter) are responsible for any damage caused by your group
- The GasLite isn’t responsible for transportation — please plan a safe ride home
